The original architects of BriteLab's business model/concept asked Brinton to lead the strategy & development of the brand, design and develop the company website, then provide digital marketing services to support the brand launch.
As an initial step in the brand activation plan, the brand team partnered with San Francisco commercial interior design firm Studio O+A to create a branded environment that inspired creativity and collaboration.
Brinton conducted thorough research & analysis to understand the big picture vision at the center of the brand concept, the business environment (internal and external to the organization), the future products and services, and the target audience. Activities and deliverables included stakeholder and employee interviews, factory tour, competitive analysis, customer interviews, target audience segmentation, persona development, customer journey mapping, competitive positioning matrix, insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
After the strategy was complete and the initial graphic identity had been finalized, Brinton created mood boards to explore possible directions for the visual language that would ultimately define the greater design system for the brand.
